

This event kicks off Black History Month as we celebrate the accomplishments of African Americans who embody the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and its founder Danny Thomas.
The attire is semi-formal. As a guest of this event, you’ll enjoy a chance to mingle with leaders and influencers while enjoying a delectable meal, cocktails and live entertainment. St. Jude will also present the Spirit of the Dream Award honoring individuals who uphold a legacy of hope and generosity in the Nashville Community.

Tau Lambda Chapter was organized in 1926, at what was then called Tennessee Agricultural and Industrial State College at Nashville, Tennessee, after its application was accepted by the General Convention. Brother Maney Owen, president of the Chi Chapter (Meharry Medical College), set aside the chapter in January, 1927.
